The Details

Casa Minza is designed to make your stay special. This fully air-conditioned stunning villa has been lovingly created using reclaimed materials (all sourced on the Greek mainland) which have been creatively incorporated adding a unique touch. All the doors, both external and internal, had a previous life and old reclaimed window shutters have been used to create cupboard doors and headboards. Most of the furniture in the villa is vintage, all restored, transported from the Greek mainland and given a new home.

Apart from the desire to create a space that is filled with charming recycled materials, the focus has been on light and colour.  Of course, Casa Minza has blue shutters and doors and whitewashed walls, but the interior is a mix of bold, bright tiles and any excuse for a splash of colour!

The villa has a large open plan bright, light kitchen, dining, living area, three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, and one twin room, (which shares a third bathroom with one of the double rooms), a utility room and a large basement housing a table tennis table, gym, climbing wall, TV and two double sofa beds.

Outside there is an extensive patio with outside kitchen (gas BBQ), a large covered pergola with outdoor dining to seat 12 people comfortably, an infinity pool (heated), sun loungers and outdoor shower.

All the upstairs bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the sea with chairs for morning coffee. On the north side of the house is the ‘coffee bench’, the perfect place to enjoy a coffee after a morning swim at the beach or in the pool.

Casa Minza is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable with coffee machine, air fryer, blender, kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Crockery and glassware can accommodate up to 16 guests so you can invite new friends round to be hospitable and be fully covered! There is excellent wifi and there is a large smart TV in the basement. A handy basket of beach towels and mats are available for use too!

A Few Rules.

  • You agree to keep the property clean and tidy, and leave it in a similar condition to when you arrived - no stag parties please!

  • No smoking is allowed in the villa.

  • The number of people in your party must not exceed that agreed at the time of booking.

  • In the very unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable, the obligation and liability of the owners is limited only to a full refund of monies paid to us.

  • In accepting the above conditions, you agree to indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to the property and its contents from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by yourself, or any other person accompanying you or any member of your party.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any belongings, nor injuries sustained by you or any member of your party.
